Due to the high demand of our stylists, a credit card is required to be kept on file in order to book an appointment. We DO NOT charge the card upon booking.
Both your and our stylists’ time is valuable. We kindly ask to inform us if you are running late. We offer a 15 minute grace period. Should you arrive after the 15 minute grace period, you may have to forfeit or reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Your appointments are very important to Alma Hair Studio. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If we do not receive proper notice prior to 48 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.
No Call/No Shows
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Transparency Regarding Hair History
It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Alma Hair Studio.
No Additional Guests/Children
For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon, Alma Hair Studio does not allow children or additional guests without an appointment at the studio.
Alma Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.
Gratuity is not required but is most appreciated. We accept tips in cash, Venmo, and credit card.
During this challenging time in our world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can depend on Alma Hair Studio to be there for you. We take great concern for the safety and health of our guests. With that in mind, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 or Flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests who arrive to their appointment and are visibly sick, experiencing any symptoms (runny nose, coughing or sneezing) may be asked to wear a mask or reschedule their reservations to a later date when symptoms have subsided.
